Hands-on operators who get in and make a business worth more, not advisors who hand you a report and leave. Serious finance and operating help for the businesses that were always told they were too small for it.
Small-town businesses deserve the same caliber of finance and operating help the big corporations take for granted.
Jared grew up in Jasper. The name is the point: limestone is the enduring stuff Indiana is built from, quarried here and set into the country’s most lasting buildings. It is also a plain answer to the big investor-operators, brought down to the businesses that actually make up the state. Most of them cannot hire a seasoned CFO and a seasoned operator full-time, and do not need to. So we built a way for them to get both, part-time, in the work.
Near-term, we lead with fixed-fee deal services, spearheaded by Quality of Earnings, because when a deal or a decision is on the table, an owner needs the numbers proven fast and independently. Over time, many of those clients keep us on as their embedded CFO and operating partner, the seats that make a business worth more and ready to sell. One firm, two ways in: prove the numbers on the deal, and build the value in the business.
No account team, no hand-off to a junior. A CFA operator and a CPA who has run the diligence from the other side of the table. The operator and the numbers.

Builder by instinct, operator by track record, investor by training. His career has been spent inside Indiana businesses: in the numbers, the meetings, and the decisions. Equity research, an independent-sponsor investing role, operating through a $200M sale, and corporate strategy leading M&A at a $9B Indiana RIA. He founded LIMESTONE in Indianapolis, and OWN Indiana, a 100-plus member network for Indiana owner-operators. From Jasper, Indiana.

Finance-first operator, brought in by Jared to anchor the CFO seat. More than 100 buyer-side Quality of Earnings reviews delivered, with transaction and valuation experience at Blue & Co. and Crowe, and operating time at Roche. He knows what the buyer’s team looks for, because he has been it. From Evansville, Indiana.
More than half of Indiana business owners are 55 or older, and roughly $207B of state output and hundreds of thousands of jobs ride on them. Most are not ready to transition. The businesses that get ready early get bought on their terms; the rest get sold on the buyer’s, or do not sell at all. That gap, between a great Indiana business and a ready one, is the work we do.
We will tell you when you are not ready, when a structure someone is pitching you is wrong, and when we are not the right fit. We are independent, we are not brokers or investment bankers, and we do the work with you, not from the sidelines. That is the whole firm.
